To help create a world where differences aren't simply accepted, they're highlighted, celebrated, and seen as a source of strength.
The Flawless Affect Foundation creates opportunities for people with visible differences and disabilities to build confidence, find community, and see themselves represented in ways that inspire possibility, not limitation.
WHAT WE DO
CONFIDENCE & EDUCATION
Through workshops, educational resources, confidence-building tools, and storytelling, we help people build self-worth, develop advocacy skills, and embrace their differences with confidence.
REPRESENTATION
Through creative campaigns, media, film, photography, and partnerships, we're expanding authentic representation and creating the visibility so many of us wished we'd had growing up.
COMMUNITY
From virtual gatherings to in-person events, we bring people, families, and allies together to share experiences, build meaningful relationships, and a space to be fully yourself.
ADVOCACY
We partner with educators, healthcare professionals, brands, media, and industry leaders to improve understanding, challenge outdated perceptions, and advocate for a future where visible differences and disabilities are represented with dignity and authenticity.

BIRTHMARK EMOJI INITATIVE
Creating a collection of inclusive birthmark emojis that celebrate the diversity of birthmarks and make digital communication more representative of the world around us.
INCLUSIVE TOYS & BOOKS
Expanding childhood representation through projects like a birthmark Barbie and an original children's superhero book where every child's difference becomes their greatest superpower.
HIGHLIGHT YOUR DIFFERENCE CAMPAIGN
A professional portrait campaign celebrating people with visible differences and disabilities with confidence, joy, and authenticity, while encouraging them to literally highlight the features that make them unique.
FILM & MEDIA REPRESENTATION
Producing a slate of scripted films, series, and original stories that place characters with visible differences and disabilities at the center of the story, creating the representation so many of us never had growing up.
THE HIGHLIGHT KIT
Developing a first-of-its-kind, three-piece makeup kit designed to help people creatively highlight, decorate, and celebrate the features that make them unique instead of covering them up.
COMMUNITY & CONNECTION
Creating meaningful experiences that bring people with visible differences together through meetups, creative events, workshops, and future retreats where everyone feels like they belong.
